Users must attain SDi level 1 & 2 certification, in the form of 'The Foundations of Spiral Dynamics' (SDi Level 1), and the more advanced skills for specialized application offered through level 2 'PeopleSCAN' and 'CultureSCAN' education and training courses.

We require this level of training in order to maximize the applications of Spiral Dynamics Integral for clients, and to create the necessary habitats which inspire opportunities for upliftment.
